Every first Sunday of the month at 3:00 PM Eastern, the community gathers online for the Monthly Assembly. All active members are expected to attend.

How to attend

Be an active member
The Monthly Assembly is open to all members who have completed their pledge and affirmed the covenant. Join at /join if you have not yet.

Watch for the assembly email
The Zoom link is sent to all active members 48 hours before each assembly via the email on your membership record.

Attend and participate
Log in before 3:00 PM Eastern. Mute your microphone on entry. Participate in the affirmations and business discussion.

Attendance is recorded
Attendance is logged for each assembly. Regular participation is a membership expectation under the Code of Conduct.

Presiding elder leads the assembly in the covenant invocation, spoken together.

A passage from the Book of Covenant is read aloud. A moment of silence follows.

Stewardship Reflection
One member shares how they practiced stewardship since the last assembly.

Community Business
Financial report, membership update, investment updates, and communal decisions.

Covenant Affirmation
All members speak the covenant affirmation together.

Closing Benediction
Presiding elder closes the assembly.
